CANNA NC LLC, (hereinafter also referred to as “Company”, “We”, “Our” Or “Us”) is committed to our Customer (“You” or “Your”) satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request to refund within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. Some restrictions may apply.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day money back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be original, in the same condition that you received it, unused, and the vacuum seal must not be broken and in its original packaging.

Steps to initiate the refund process

  1. Check your eligibility for a refund by complying with the above clause.
  2. If you are eligible, contact us with proof of purchase.
  3. Upon request, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Please Note: You will be responsible for all the charges (including shipping charges) during the refund process.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day period has expired or for items that are not returned to us as per the condition mentioned in the above clauses. Any disputes regarding the amount refunded will not be entertained by the Company.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and verified your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment account within 7 business days after approving your refund request.

Please remember it can take until the next billing cycle for the credit to appear. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your account, Then contact credit card company customer care.

If more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your return, you’ve done everything mentioned above and you still have not received your refund yet. Please “Contact Us” at the contact details mentioned in the below-mentioned clause.

ORDER MODIFICATION

Once an order has been placed, We are unable to make any changes to it. In the event that you require modifications, the necessary course of action would be to cancel the entire order and proceed with a refund process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order and be eligible for a full refund, you must do so before the shipping process is initiated. We recommend you review all terms before making a purchase decision.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders using USPS and UPS services.

You will be eligible for free shipping on orders over One Hundred Dollars ($100 USD). It typically takes 1-2 business days to process the order. Any orders placed on a Friday or U.S. holiday start processing the next business day.

Regardless of the effort we put in to meet all delivery deadlines, we do not warrant the delays may not happen because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, or bad weather. However, we will keep you updated as much as we can, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.

We require a physical address for all orders. We are not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will get a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

LOST, DAMAGED SEIZED OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We carefully inspect and secure all our shipments, but we acknowledge that damage during transport can occur. Please check your shipment upon arrival for any damage, and if found, contact us within 72 hours to process a claim. We always heat seal raw hemp materials, but if the packaging appears tampered with, notify us immediately.

Please Note: No request shall be entertained after the expiry of 72 hours for the time of delivery.

To ensure the safety of your package, we highly recommend selecting our insurance option. Without this coverage, You hereby agree and acknowledge that CANNA NC cannot be held responsible for any incidents such as loss, damage, seizure, or theft of packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our Services are currently limited to customers within the United States of America only. We are not able to provide our services to customers located in countries other than the USA at this time.

We will notify you through our website once we extend our service to other countries as well and update the policies accordingly.

WHOLESALE PURCHASES

All Wholesale purchases are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for wholesale purchases due to the nature of the product.

LEGAL NOTICE

You hereby acknowledge full responsibility for the purchased product and agree to hold CANNA NC free from any legal liability for your actions. All Terms of sale, usage, and conditions shall be governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States of America, irrespective of any conflict of law principles.

Upon making a purchase, the purchaser consents to the personal jurisdiction of the State of North Carolina in the event of any disputes between the purchaser and the company. Both parties mutually agree that any disputes arising from these terms of sale or return policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state and/or federal courts of North Carolina. For more clarification, please refer to the Terms of Service document on the Website with special attention to the  Governing Law, Jurisdiction, Notices, and Dispute Resolution clause.
